  • Overseeing digital marketing, CRM, content, and distribution frameworks

  • Managing high-profile events, trade shows, and experiential activations

  • Acting as senior advisor to ownership and C-level teams on commercial performance

 

Through FerrConn, I work with a portfolio of luxury and lifestyle hotels, resorts, and destinations in Mexico, the Caribbean, and Latin America, positioning each brand to compete at an international level while delivering measurable ROI, strong market penetration, and sustainable growth.

I led all marketing and public relations functions for the organization. I was responsible for developing and executing integrated strategies, overseeing and approving all brand communications, managing budgets, preparing executive-level presentations and speeches, leading crisis communications, and continuously evaluating marketing performance.

My scope of responsibilities at Fairmont included:
